OK So I’ve been nominated for this by MusicCommentator and I have this Pages function soooo why not? Credit where it’s due this is an initiative created by Laura Spoonie to spread awareness about World Mental Health Day. To Quote Music Commentator directly “This day has already passed, but I thought the idea of this tag was really cool when I looked into it, so I decided to take this opportunity when I was tagged.”

Music and Mental Health
So many of these posts I make are anecdotal rather than about the song itself. They’re about how the record made me feel on a particular occasion or how I remember events now tied to these songs. Truth is I don’t have a Pick Me Up play list. I have a Raging Angry Conversion playlist, I have a Chilled Out playlist and a We’re Barbecuing playlist. I have a We Have Company playlist, a Make The Mrs Dance playlist and I have a Let’s Get Drunk playlist. There is also the ever evolving This is Where I’m At playlist and playlists for particular Journeys. But there isn’t one designed to Pick Me Up. So I’m going to over think this and post the ten songs I know will put a grin on my face.
And then I’m going to give ten of you some homework.
